I began as an Army medic in 1975. I completed a B.S. in Physical Education (K-12) and Athletic Training
with a Certificate in Adapted P.E. at the University of Illinois. I then served as a P.E. teacher, Athletic
Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Naperville North H.S., in Naperville, Illinois. I
returned to the U of I as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant in Sportsmedicine. This followed
with an opportunity at Bradley University, Peoria, IL, as Head Athletic Trainer and Strength and
Conditioning Coordinator. I then pursued several clinical settings, to include my own personal
fitness/performance business, followed by Physical Therapy school at A.T. Still University affiliated with
the first school of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. After graduation, I engaged hospital in-
patient, skilled nursing/long term care facilities, hospital outpatient, aquatics, vestibular, and several
private outpatient settings before beginning my own cash practice. I have, and continue to purse,
extensive continuing education focused on safe and accelerated results.
